The app was plagued by performance issues that led to a poor user experience across device types and negative app store reviews. With a lack of analytics and monitoring capabilities, a decline in user engagement, and the need to revamp the app to meet the demands of COVID-19, ashram app was having difficulty growing its audience base and meeting its business objectives
